Planning Application Maescadog, Caio

Refusal for Application E28824

Excellent news that CCC have refused planning for this wind turbine. The grounds for refusal are the "significant adverse effect on the landscape character of the immediate area" and effect on the SLA [North East Uplands]. So how does this result fit with the decision to approve the turbine opposite Dylan Thomas' Boathouse? See news link re DT decision on our home page. Where is the consistency in planning decisions?
