Wind turbines planned on Mynydd Pencarreg, Rhydcymerau

Public exhibition for wind farm on Mynydd Pencarreg, Rhydcymerau

Energiekontor is planning to erect two 2.3MW 100 metre/328 feet turbines on Mynydd Pencarreg, Rhydcymerau. The developer is holding a public exhibition at Llanybydder School on Wednesday 19 November from 4–8 p.m. The wind farm would be visible across a huge area and would set a dangerous precedent for industrial-scale wind turbines outside of a strategic search area (SSA).
